Return can be occurred in two stages:

Item must be in the original packaging, in the original condition
Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the Products as they can’t be resold. Except if the Products is damaged or not working from the start
In case of branded electronic items, brands or e-store merchants return, repair and replacement policy will apply

For Flowers, Sweets or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items
Since flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. However, we will make sure that we deliver the flower arrangement as close as possible to the description/ photograph shown
Exchange are easy
Send back the product to the delivery person by clearing delivery charge
Contact us through messenger/phone/email we will exchange the product by 7 working days.
